"Sand Hill Property Co. hired RWA Associates to assist in furnishing approximately 9,000 s.f. of office space in Saratoga. The timeline was very tight and the budget limited. Brandi met personally with my tenant to discuss his needs and then went to work on finding the best product out in the market that would satisy my tenant and my budget. Eric provided multiple layout drawings for the tenant showing different furniture configurations and he met with us on site to measure and re-measure until the tenant was 100% satisfied.
When it came time to install, the RWA staff worked quickly and efficiently and to my utmost satisfaction, we were able to move in the tenant in right on schedule.
