Meets or exceeds ANSI/BIFM X5.1 durability and safety standards. Thermoplastic Fetch chairs can pass CAL. 133 fire standards with "CA and CF" option.
Available in thermoplastic or upholstered seat and back (Note: Upholstered model not available online, please call for more information at 1-408-377-3500)

Frame: 1/2" diameter solid steel rod
Arms:Injected molded, high-strength nylon over 1/2" solid welded rod. Arm caps will match shell finish
Glides: optional snap-on clear plastic

If a carrier other than that selected by RWA Office is requested, it is up to the customer to make those arrangements.
RETURNS
All merchandise requested to be returned to the originating manufacture must first be approved and issued a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Please contact us at 1-408-377-3500 for an authorized return goods number. All returned product must be packed in original cartooning and in sellable condition. Only product shipped from the originating manufacture within the past 30 days may be returned. All products must be returned within 30 days of return authorization date or RGA will be cancelled.
A 30% refurbishing charge will be applied on all authorized returns for resalable merchandise. The customer is required to pay for the return freight costs. Product must be returned in good condition or the restocking fee may be increased accordingly. If product is poorly packaged and damaged, the freight claim may be pursued by dealer.
