• Every piece of furniture goes through a 19 step finishing process that insures consistency of the look and feel of the furniture as well as the durability of the furniture.
• Furniture has a hard catalyzed lacquer finish which makes the surfaces resistance to water, hot coffee cups and the usual elements found in a day-to-day office environment.
• All surfaces are pore-filled which provides for a smooth surface
• All items are KD except for lateral files, wall mounted hutch units and pedestals. Items are assembled with a cam lock system.
• All base units have leveling glides.

SHIPPING INFO

• We will use our best judgment for choice of carrier, without assuming responsibility for delays.
• If a carrier other than that selected by RWA Office is requested, it is up to the customer to make those arrangements.

RETURNS

• All merchandise requested to be returned to the originating manufacture must first be approved and issued a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Please contact us at 1-408-377-3500 for an authorized return goods number. All returned product must be packed in original cartooning and in sellable condition. Only product shipped from the originating manufacture within the past 30 days may be returned. All products must be returned within 30 days of return authorization date or RGA will be cancelled.
• A 30% refurbishing charge will be applied on all authorized returns for resalable merchandise. The customer is required to pay for the return freight costs. Product must be returned in good condition or the restocking fee may be increased accordingly. If product is poorly packaged and damaged, the freight claim may be pursued by dealer.
